We believe that your coffee should taste amazing--whether it's caffeinated or not. This coffee is fully washed and grown in the Huehuetenango region in Guatemala. A collaboration of several farms, it was first selected for it's taste before it was sent to the Swiss Water processing plant for decaffeination. Notes of coffee cake and jam get rounded out with a rich juicy finish.
Currently, our Decaf is carefully harvested from El Limonar, Teanzul, Las Piedras, and la Esperanza. This is a direct trade coffee imported by our friends at ONYX in Bellingham, Washington. Decaf often consists of past crop or below-grade coffee, but if that’s not good enough for our caffeinated offerings why would we demand less of our decaf? We are proud to serve the best coffee we can while supporting farmers at origin, and this Decaf fits right in with our Single Origin offerings. You’d never guess you were drinking a cup of unleaded.
